However Due to the nature of hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL (No returns or exchanges) unless we made a mistake with your order. All items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. To process returns efficiently, please ensure you include the original packaging and your order confirmation details to facilitate a swift exchange or refund. We prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make this process as seamless as possible.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition for any issue to be reviewed.

The following items are non-returnable: wigs, custom orders, and any opened packages. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We strongly recommend trying on hair products in a safe and clean manner. Once opened, these products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Amouré Luxe Collection appreciates your understanding.
